The ASC aims to serve mankind and researches of the countries of Central Asia, The Ex-USSR States, and The Caucasus with unknown information in the social sciences. In regards to this aim, its target is to form a library on the geography of this region The ASC is enriched every day with new releases and documents. In the ASC, most of the researchers are being helped by research on Asia.There are about 20 thousand books and releases in 18 different languages and dialects. Moreover, the collection of releases that have been distributed periodically in the Central Asian area since the 19 hundreds is one of the essential peculiarities of the ASC.

Various kinds of written works in Turkish, English, French, German, Arabic, Persian, Russian, Tajik, Kazakh, Kirghiz, Turkmen, Uzbek and Chataghai language can be found in the ASC
The ASC is doing further operations to be able to serve the researches spread all around the world by presenting its books and releases in a short period.
The ASC continues to organize seminars, lectures and cultural activities pertaining to social sciences and Central Asia, Ex-USSR States, and Caucasus dialects.

Concurrently, a European Universit, University of Oxford, has also subscribed to the Journal of Academic Studies and has entered into several indexes such as EBSCO. There are further efforts to place Journal of Academic Studies into other indexes as well.
The ASC began its publishing life as a review with an expert/referee that was released once every three months. As well as continuing to do this, a wealthy cd library in several languages is at the service of researchers from the ASC. In addition to this, there are also a number of computers at the facility to enable the researcher to search for literature on the Internet.
